BLU: Stock Adjust - Added paramters to ActivityLog.

BLU-945 - Email in separate thread so we don't slow down web service response while waiting for mail server.

AUT-2,3: Jobs - Added BINCODE field to JOBS, for both BOM items and non-BOM items. Data is sorted by BINCODE, adjustable via the SPROCs.

AUT-4: Stock Enquiry - Updates to stock enquiry to support searching by BOM.

AUT-4 : Further stock enquiry update for BOMs to show max number of BOMs that can be built.

DYN-76: Fixed an issue where Cancel Pick failed to remove the OBJECT_LOCK entry, leaving an sales order locked to the picking user.

DYN-76: Fixed an issue where Cancel Pick reported the BE Order number to the user, instead of the EXO order number.

WES-101: Dashboard - Added Bin Accuracy Report

WES-105: Dashboard - Add Customer Instructions to the sales order dashboard for a particular client.

BLU: Stocktake - Resolved case where there is a timeout

BLU: Picking - resolved case with no focus object when trying to close keyboard.

BLU: Fixed a potential issue with an exceptions trigger. Response tp an issue where someone was importing transactions from CSV files.
	These were being processed as a batch of transactions, and therefore multiple rows were passed into the INSERTED table of the trigger.
	Modified the trigger to handle multiple rows.

HIT: Fixed printing issue with multiple rows returned

HIT-113: Stocktake - handle case where EXO batch is missing when adjusting counts.

HIT-113: Stocktake - Check IsBatchTracked explicitly.

HIT-115: Picking - Freight not adding GST correctly.

NIP-92: Changed SQL to ignore batches already added to sales orders. 

SEY-105: Added a check for batchcodes with a empty string as well as null when initialising available batches
